- In the near future, for you as Reseller (prospects) of our White Labeled Benno Cloud (WLBC) a Reseller Portal will be available online, which will enable you to:
- – Registration as a new WLBC Reseller (Self-service)
- – Dashboard with overview of your end customers and their archive statuses
- – Create, modify and delete your end customers and manage the contracts of your end customers
- – Overview of the invoices that we send to you for WLBC
- HOW TO BECOME A WLBC RESELLER
- 1. Applicable contractual documents
The following documents form the basis of the partnership and are part of the contract: - The Reseller Price List for WLBC.
You will receive this from us on request by email sent. - The Cloud Services Terms and Conditions including Annex B (Partner Program) govern the contractual aspects of the partnership.

- 2. Your TO DOs
- a) Please confirm informally via E‑mail, that you accept the following documents as contractual components for your intended status as WLBC reseller:
– The WLBC reseller price list
– The Terms and Conditions Cloud Services incl. Annex B
– The above Performance descriptions for Benno Cloud Enterprise - b) By sending the WLBC reseller price list we provide you with your customer number with. Please enter it as mandate reference in the form.
Add to your email the completed SEPA direct debit mandate as an attachment.
- 3. What happens next?
- As soon as we have received and reviewed your documents, you will receive our written confirmation of your reseller status.
Once we have confirmed your reseller status, you can start immediately and onboard your end customers.
