Cancellation instructions for a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier

Right of withdrawal
Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor to their self‑employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, although it is not required. To preserve the withdrawal period it is sufficient that you send the notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tage ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist.
