With the Open Source mail archiving solution Benno MailArchiv, e-mails are not only archived in a revision-safe and legally compliant manner, but also found quickly. Benno MailArchiv can be combined with any mail and groupware server. All e-mails are fully text-indexed during archiving, including attachments (PDF, MS Office, OpenOffice.org, JPEG, etc.), so that e-mails can be found quickly and specifically using arbitrary search terms. All functionalities of Benno MailArchiv can be integrated as a web service into any third-party applications. In addition to the commercial variant Benno MailArchiv, a GPL-licensed variant is available with 'Open Benno MailArchiv'.
